I want to say thank you for being a True Professional Company! Your Professional way of being prompt with service, being very clean and replacing things back where they belong! It’s nice when your personnel can answer questions on the spot! I am very impressed with the knowledge of Mr. John Edwards and Brian Breaux! These 2 Gentlemen have been nothing but great to help us in solving our problems! To the Technicians that came out to our Building, were very knowledgeable in what they were doing to service and explaining to us what they did on every piece of equipment! The One Thing I look for in a service company is being clean when they are working and when they finish a job! There was never a time that I had to go back and pickup debris on the floor or in any area that work was preformed!! I would also like to add, it’s nice when a company doing service don’t leave a number of times to get equipment. CMC comes to do a job and always has the equipment and material to do the job!! I consider CMC 2nd To None In Service, Knowledge and Professionalism!!

As you are well aware The Corpus Christi-Epiphany Community Resource Center signed a Preventive Maintenance agreement with CMC Corporate Solutions.
Since that time there have been several occasions when technicians for CMC have come to our premises either to perform preventive maintenance or in response to calls for service that we have made.
On EVERY occasion, EVERY CMC technician has displayed the utmost courtesy and professionalism. They are knowledgeable, helpful, patient and friendly. Your technicians never leave without being sure that we know what was done, or why it couldn’t be done. They are always ready to explain, and re-explain in layman’s terms the problems and equipment that they encounter.
In the world we live in everyone is more than willing to complain when things don’t go the way that they should. People rarely take the time to notice when things go right.
Please take a moment to commend your techs for the work that they do and let them know how much their efforts are appreciated by your customers.

Every time a representative from a HVAC company would talk to us, they always mentioned how fast they could respond to a system failure. They would say, “We guarantee 2 hours, or 1 hour”. Those companies just don’t get it. The problem is the failure, not how fast they can fix it.
CMC takes a different approach, they care for the equipment in such a way that system failures almost never happen. In fact, we have not needed to call CMC once since they took over the service on our building.
I checked our records. During the 5-year period, immediately prior to CMC, we averaged 6 service calls a year. All of them were due to a system failure of some kind. Now, it’s been 15 months, not a single system failure.
Needless to say, we are very happy and impressed.

Yesterday on 10/4/16 we called CMC for service to our In-patient area 30 Ton unit. Jeremy with CMC showed up on time and started performing service. This is the first time that I have contacted a company to inform them of how well their staff service performance was. I’m sure many times companies are called about complaints. I have been a technician in the field myself in the past. So, I am well aware of the level of customer service and job performance customers expect from any company. I feel good to be able to finally tell a company of how happy we were with Jeremy’s level of customer service and job performance. Jeremy went above and beyond to communicate properly and exceed our expectations on all levels. He worked hard, quickly and performed more to our unit than any other service technician I have seen in years and didn’t have to. No one told him to go that extra mile. Coming from someone in my position that is responsible for the work here being performed, I couldn’t be more confident that everything was checked and completed properly. I am happy to see that there are still technicians out there that are putting customer service as a high priority.
